Our Refund & Replacement Policy

At PVA Apex, we stand behind the quality of our accounts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our commitment to you and explains how we handle refunds and replacements.

Quick Summary: We offer a 30-day warranty on all accounts. If your account stops working or has issues within 30 days, we'll replace it for free. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

🔹 30-Day Warranty

Every account purchased from PVA Apex comes with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

  • Account Bans: If the platform bans the account within 30 days
  • Login Issues: If you cannot access the account due to password/reset problems
  • Phone Verification Drops: If the phone verification is removed or invalidated
  • Recovery Email Issues: If the recovery email becomes inaccessible
  • Account Not as Described: If the account does not match the specifications (age, followers, etc.)

🔹 Replacement Process

If you experience any issues covered by our warranty, we will provide a free replacement account of equal or greater value. To request a replacement:

🔹 Refund Eligibility

While we primarily offer replacements, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver your accounts within 24 hours of payment
  • Technical Errors: If a system error prevents delivery and we cannot provide a suitable replacement
  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make duplicate payments for the same order

Note: Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to a processing fee. We strongly prefer to provide replacements as they ensure you get working accounts.

🔹 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in these cases:

  • Change of Mind: If you no longer need the accounts after delivery
  • Platform Policy Violations: If you use accounts in ways that violate the platform's terms of service
  • After 30 Days: Issues reported after the 30-day warranty period
  • Password Changes: If you change the password and lose access (always save your credentials!)
  • Third-Party Actions: Issues caused by third-party tools or services

🔹 Bulk Order Policy

For bulk orders (1000+ accounts), we offer a prorated replacement policy:

  • 0-10% failure rate: Replacement of faulty accounts
  • 10-25% failure rate: Replacement or partial refund at our discretion
  • 25%+ failure rate: Full investigation and either full replacement or refund

Note: All warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.

🔹 How to Request a Replacement or Refund

🔹 Processing Time

We process all warranty claims within 24 hours. In most cases, replacements are sent within a few hours. Refunds, if approved, may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment method.
